Is there a new setup or setting that we should be aware of with the new Customer Care site?
Using IE 11 and I am asked to enter my username and password nearly every time I select Enterprise Search, a KB Article, my Support Cases or Customer Connect Forums from anywhere on the site. Thanks.

There has not been any changes to the Customer Care site that would require a log in each time you access something. Please email CCOPS@deltek.com and a representative from Customer Care Operations will follow-up with your issues.

I was told to reset my password (some people didn't get notified that it needed to change) and everything works great now.
My Account >> My Profile >> Change Password
