Contact Management

Not sure if this is the correct place to ask but I need to update my Contacts on this site.

 

I've found docs explaining how, but I do not have Contact Management as a choice for my profile.

 

Any advice?

In order to see the Contact Management area of the Connect site, you will need to be listed as a Support Contact Manager (SCM) for your organization.  If you go to the Home page of the Connect site at the bottom left-side you should see a My Deltek Contacts widget.  The individuals listed there are folks who can see Contact Management and one of those folks (if there are more than one) can make you a SCM.  Once you are a SCM you will then see Contact Management.

 

If there are no folks listed under My Deltek Contacts or if there are people there that are no longer with the organization you can follow KB Article # 38529 - https://deltek.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/38529.

 

Once you have have SCM permissions, you can use KB Article # 36134 - https://deltek.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/36134.
